Thank you for considering Hat Factory for your special event!

Functions: We are a premier Richmond location for hosting private events, charitable gatherings, reunions, receptions, parties even weddings.

Spaces: We have a variety of spaces to accommodate all sized events from the exclusively intimate Guest Suites and The Lounge, mid-range spaces for all-purpose gatherings, to a multi-leveled venue large enough to accommodate more than a 1,000 guests.

Equipment: We have a working commercial kitchen and use of up to 7 well-stocked bars. We have an outstanding PA system and exceptional lighting.

Location: There is no place better to enjoy past and present downtown Richmond. We are located in the historic Shockoe Slip area just beside the newly renovated canal walk.
